The REIT bought two buildings in the Elwood Intermodal Center for $60M. The buildings at 21705 to 21707 Mississipppi St and 27413 Baseline Rd bring Liberty's Chicago area portfolio to 6.3M SF. The buildings are near the planned Liberty Business Center, which will include 255 acres in Minooka. The buildings are 36% leased, with DSC Corp slated to expand its lease in August. |
