Leopardo Builds Out MOB

Central DuPage has been experiencing an MOB and hospital boom for years, and now Leopardo is getting in on the action. The contractor is building a 95k SF MOB for DuPage Medical Group at 430 Warrenville Rd in Lisle. The Eckenhoff Saunders-designed facility will house a cancer center for DuPage Medical Group and Rush University Medical Center, part of a partnership to bring university-level cancer care to the Western 'burbs. The building features two wings: one for outpatient diagnosis and treatment, and the other for primary care, specialty care, and advanced diagnosis. Leopardo has managed almost 100 projects for DuPage Medical Group, and completion for this one is scheduled for December '12.
