Lisa and Steve agreed their clients often push for more TI or concessions. Another trend Greg noted is more wireless office spaces: some lawyers in Hines' new building have no land lines and occasionally work on Blackberries while on low-speed treadmills. Among his comments, Danny admitted that he matched his socks to his tie. |
