| A prize retail asset in Schaumburg is changing hands. Arrow Retail is acquiring the Streets of Woodfield, a 713k SF open air center in the shadow of the massive Woodfield Mall. It's almost completely occupied with the likes of Carson Pirie Scott, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Legoland. Neither Arrow nor the seller, Kimco Realty, are talking yet about price or other details, such as whether the all-lego giraffe came with the property at no extra charge. |
