This helped: June leased about 150k SF of office as a tenant rep. Some of the clients that she repped include Milliman, Zenith, and McVey & Parsky. Brian, who reps industrial clients, had his biggest transaction of Q4 with a 99k SF sale to Daubert Cromwell (he repped the buyer). Both brokers believe the market is showing signs of stabilizing. June and Brian say their office grew 26% last year over 2009, and they expect 2011to be an even better year. In fact, they're hiring new associates, both experienced and rookies. |
