CCIM senior instructor Steven Price led a day-long session on Wednesday, for 100 members at the University Center. Here he's explaining to a Troubled Assets class how to determine whether it's more efficient for a company to rent or buy. He encouraged students to think about price first and then subjective matters that might affect where their clients choose to locate.
