| RTM Engineering used Oktoberfest as a ploy to draw friends and clients together for one last hoorah on the roof deck of their new office space in the West Loop. We snapped Joyce Brother's Jenna Bruce, Victor Construction's Jeff Schuttler, Parkway Realty Services' Micah Larmie, and Victor Construction's Zak Shuttler enjoying one of Chicago's last nice days. Jeff and Zak say they're seeing an increase in competition for construction projects. Micah says Parkway has a fund underway and is looking to buy in Chicago or its other markets in the Southeast. |
