Keith Stauber Joins JLL

JLL has added Keith Stauber, formerly of First Industrial, as regional managing director. He'll be based in the firm's new O'Hare office and focus on acquisition and development of industrial space in JLL's Midwest markets, including Chicago, St. Louis,Minneapolis, and Indianapolis. Keith says he's excited to rejoin forces with another JLL new hire, Brenda Crisp, who will head industrial property management.
Keith started his career in real estate at  Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, where he spent 18 years, before joining First Industrial for three-and-a-half years focusing on Chicago  and  Milwaukee. He predicts that industrial leasing and sales will start to pick up again in 2011, as he's already seen more foot traffic at many of his listings. Keith says one of the best parts of his new job is working on a team with a lot of the same people he has worked with the last 20 years.
