JCF Celebrates Clients

JCF hosted a cocktail party at Carnivale  on Thursday to celebrate new leases at The Reserve at St. Charles, its latest office project. We snapped JCF's John Fitzmaurice with his attorney, Katten's David Shevitz. The park will get $10M worth of improvements, which ought to please new tenant MDC Construction, which signed for 2k SF. JCF also has 10 new receiverships this month.
Northmarq Capital's Josh Krueger and Jayna Panchal  joined Crowdley Investments' Troy Crowdley. Northmarq is working on refinancing  an office for JCF, while Crowdley is looking at investment opportunities with the firm.
