The warehouse houses machines being repaired or sold. Darwin Realty's Adam Haefner and Victor DeBoer repped the landlord, Mars Equities, while Cushman & Wakefield's Mike Hawryluk repped the tenant. Mike says that increased demand and jackpots meant the group that recently took over the state lottery requires more space. Mike and his teammates have signed five new expansion deals in the last six weeks.
