Nancy Roach, seated second from left started Strada in 2001 to fill an underserved niche: repair and maintenance of commercial buildings. Now, the firm's mobile technicians (part of the 50-strong employee base) service hundreds of buildings throughout Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin: replacing ceiling tiles, plumbing repairs, and keeping an eye on vacant buildings are just a few of the tasks it performs for office, industrial and retail triple-net tenants; property and asset managers; corporate users; and property owners, investors and REITs.
