INLAND SIGNS NEW LEASES

That would be five new retail leases for Inland Real Estate  totaling more than 119k-SF with Old Navybuybuy Baby, and Office Depot for locations in Orland Park, Niles and Crystal Lake. Inland's Jeff Howard repped the Inland-owned shopping centers:

  • Four Flaggs in Niles, where Old Navy signed for 17k-SF and Office Depot for 18k-SF.

  • Orland Park Place where Old Navy signed for 18k-SF and buybuy Baby leased 33k-SF.

  • Bohl Farm Marketplace in Crystal Lake where buybuy Baby leased 33k-SF.

Note: buybuy Baby is a division of Bed Bath and Beyond, not a place to purchase children.
