Does summer mean that it's time for the SIOR/AIRE/CCIM  lake cruise? Or does the cruise mean that summer has officially begun? Our head hurts thinking about it.

In the midst of all the industrial deals going down, Winner's Edge's Polly Oczak Parchem  signed a 15-year lease for Stefanelli's, an Italian deli, in downtown Lockport. We snapped her with Principle Commercial's Donald Pydo and U.S. Bank's Joe Minogue, who came aboard the sold out vessel to network.
