We were there, but cannot confirm or deny Beyonce's lip-syncing of the national anthem. Regardless, inauguration was a crisp winter day, our First Lady looked flawless with her new fringe and President Obama cemented his status as a rock star. Some people started waiting in line at 9am to get through parade security, and the 2:30pm start was pushed back an hour as the crowds swelled. We elbowed our way to the front to snap this pic of Chicago's finest and could not believe the capital's crackling energy. But forget pop stars and new 'dos--what's your CRE outlook for the next four years?
