How Real Estate Hibernates, Part Two

Lee & Associates of Illinois SVP Terry O'Hara embraces the chill. He loves ice fishing (in Northern Wisconsin and the Fox River Chain O'Lakes), skiing, and running outside. He's been ice fishing for 20 years, he tells us, and will cook up a mean fish fry if you ask nicely. (Above, a 44-inch musky he caught in November in Presque Isle, Wis.) When he's staying indoors, Terry likes watching Indiana basketball. It's a rebuilding year, but he predicts they'll make the NCAA playoffs. Along with Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura principal Jay Rubin, Terry just repped Garcoa in their purchase of a 158k SF manufacturing building at 999 McKinley Rd in Ottawa. CBRE's Michael Svoboda repped the seller, InSite Real Estate.

NAI Hiffman EVP Adam Roth will be spending his off hours this winter chasing after his fraternal nine-month-old twins, Hudson (Spidey for Halloween, above) and Henry (the Hulk, above). (We wish you luck, Adam, along with everyone on the plane.)

We don't want to play favorites, so here's five-year-old Anderson working out his pitching arm on Saturday, or "Dad's Day," when the boys play sports then head out for burgers. Adam and NAI Hiffman EVP Dan Leahy just repped Centerpoint Properties in its 440k SF lease renewal with Partners Warehouse (they've been in the building over 10 years) at 26416 Centerpoint Dr in Elwood.
