How Real Estate Hibernates

During the winter months, SCGroup Real Estate VP Byam Alexander looks forward to snowboarding with the kids in a park a few blocks from home, which boasts a huge hill on what used to be a golf course that is always "loads of fun." The family also enjoys ice skating at the rink in Evergreen Park's Duffy Park and capping off the day with a cup of hot chocolate or cider on the way home. A Loyola grad (Go Ramblers!), Byam recently joined SCGroup and specializes in industrial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and government incentive negotiations.
