Hit the Ground Running

Broker baseball just isn't enough for Jonathan Hobfoll, our insatiable Chicago and Toronto director of operations. Jonathan, who spends his downtime chilling with his BOY, Julius Peppers (Julius did not return calls to confirm this) is actively recruiting for a real estate basketball league (fun fact: Julius played college basketball at North Carolina). Our resident Fighting Blue Hen (Jonathan confirms UDEL Alum Joe Flacco's unibrow), Jonathan joined the Bisnow team in early 2011 after an unsatisfying stint practicing law and a much too satisfying stint bartending in the Virgin Islands. Now he eats (the Pequod's lunch special--its $5!), and sleeps and breathes Bisnow, Bears, and Bulls (weve seen him set picks and would call him a more athletic Jimmy Butler). For a good time, email Jonathan--and be sure to ask about Hit the Ground Running, a limited-time ad promo (that means good prices)--at jonathan.hobfoll@bisnow.com.
