| Grubb & Ellis' Ari Klein, above, found 4k SF in the bustling River North neighborhood near Rockit for Translation, which was founded by Advertising Hall of Famer and Carol's Daughter CEO Steve Stoute. The firm wanted a space near Chicago-area clients likeWrigley and McDonald's (it's responsible for pairing Justin Timberlake with the Golden Arches). Plus, the space has high ceilings and an elevator that opens into the office. Ari tells us he landed the client through a referral from a friend, and though Grubb didn't make all that much revenue on the deal, he says it was an exciting one to be a part of. |
