HH Gregg Picks Aurora Warehouse

Indianapolis-based appliance  and  electronics retailer HH Gregg continues its move west with a 297k SF warehouse lease at IDI's Prairie Point West, Building A. Set to open up to  20 stores  in the Chicago area over the next year, it needed a distribution center closer to Chicago.

The deal, Jeff says, is indicative of continued absorption on the I-88 corridor in the first half of 2010. CBRE's Kirk Armour and David Prell repped IDI. Colliers International's Lawrence Shaw and Matthew Stauber repped HH Gregg.
