McShane Construction Co recently completed a 15k-SF mixed-use building in Flossmoor. The three tenants: Premier Orthopaedic and Hand Center, WCS Occupational Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, and law firm Shapiro, Vasilatos & Cotter. Old Plank Trail Community Bank  provided financing, and Alliance Real Estate  was the developer. And KLLM Architects provided, you guessed it, architectural services.
