HANCOCK SUBLEASE

SMS Assist, a facilities maintenance company, nearly quadrupled its space, signing a 41k SF lease at the Hancock Center to accomodate for growth. The company, with more than 100 employees, formerly leased 11k SF in River North but plans to increase payroll through the end of the year, an SMS spokeswoman tells us. The leasing agent for the building declined to comment, saying the space was not a direct lease.
