The trio spoke yesterday at the Institute of Real Estate Managemen t, where Mitch demonstrated how cheap it is to save water by handing out low-flow shower heads as part of the event?s gift bag. James says you can recoup the cost of a new lighting system now in less than two years with savings from installing low-energy lighting. And Andre pointed out that Chicago doesn't actually live up to its nickname unless you count its rooftops, which fortunately register a 6 out of 10 on how much wind power a turbine can generate. |

The pots are made of a plastic that biodegrades quickly, so they can plant the whole thing in the ground quickly without damaging the soil. |
