Build-out is complete on the nation's largest Zara. The three-story, 38k-SF space at 700 N. Michigan Avenue was built by Englewood Construction  and designed by AEdifica Inc. Taking up the first floor, mezzanine, and second floor space formerly occupied by Talbott's at 700 N. Michigan Ave; it's the third US location for the Spanish fashion retailer. We only know three Spanish phrases from high school: What time is it? Where's the library? And How much are those boot-cut, acid wash, high waist, black denim jeans. So, we think we'll be fine.
