Georgetown Co has long had its hands in the Chicago real estate pie. Now the New York-based real estate firm is opening a Chicago office. K2 tower, the 496-unit multifamily complex Georgetown bought last year, will be home to its offices here. Jonathan Dennis, a former commercial development project manager at the University of Chicago, will head the office, Crain's reports.
