FILLING THE EMPTY

Colliers Internationals' Lynn Reich tells us the last three months have brought new activity to the industrial leasing markets, with Colliers leasing and selling about  2.5M SF of space, much of it in first generation buildings built during the boom that haven't been occupied.
 

Lynn, the immediate past president of SIOR, is speaking at Bisnow'sIndustrial Summit at the Rosewood Restaurant next Tuesday, Nov. 9. Lynn is interested in talking about the appetite for acquisition and new construction  with the industrial owners and developers on the panel.
