They always include signature art in their projects, K2 being no exception with its beautiful high ceilings and museum-like feel, Randy says. "Night Walk," a commission by Vidvuds Zviedris (pictured) is an 8'x13' installation over the entryway inspired by the building's color palette and design. The Fifields have lent their otherworldly Salvador Dali lithographs and a Frank Stella (treasures found at a Leslie Hindman auction) that line the walls of the amenities floor, creating a unique community feel. The building will host the first "Peak of Luxury Living," a showcase featuring model apartment designs by Adrian Smith, Gordon Gill, and Morgante-Wilson, May 1-3 (benefiting Children's Memorial Hospital and Design for a Cure).
