Fitzgerald Earles Architects and Associates (FEAA) managing principal Dani Fitzgerald tells us the firm is starting its 21st year with a bang. After soundly moving through the downturn, FEAA brought on additional staff this year to handle high client demand. Also on the boards: a large number of tenant build-outs in the Chicago Loop and surrounding ‘burbs; a laser surgeon’s third project with FEAA; and a new out-of-ground building for a medical services company in Northwest Indiana.
