Dee & Bee Fasteners  signed a new lease for a 2,560 SF space at 1749 N. Elston Ave. on the northwest side. The supplier of tools, fasteners and other items for the construction industry chose the location for its proximity to 90/94 and North Ave. SVP Albert Schulman and VP Mike Nelson, with Paine/Wetzel ONCOR-International,  represented landlord Elston Industrial Lofts in the transaction. Heide Schultz  and Sean Hendricks  of Cushman and Wakefield  represented the tenant. And the biker enjoyed the windy Chicago morning.
