Evanston REO Building Sells

Converged Communication Systems has purchased a 4,700 SF building at 1732 Central St in Evanston for $580,000. Building Equity RE's Dan Rosenberg and Peter Lynn repped the buyer and the seller in the sale of the REO building with 10 parking spaces, which closed Friday. The new owner will bring about 25 jobs to the Central Street corridor, and this after the building stood vacant for several months. If our math is right, a car pool of 2.5 people per vehicle will fit everyone. We look forward to learning which person is the half.
