Kris talked about how to properly install electrical equipment and look for government incentives for energy efficient buildings. |
Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler's Dave Wagener, Reit Management's Ron Dugo, and Conventry Healthcare's Dave Olsen picked up tips for their buildings. Dave's Three Corporate Lake in Lisle is looking to go LEED-Silver, which he likes because it's helping him get new equipment approved. While it costs some up front, it will save them in the long run, he says. |
