| Duke Realty is in the market for more MOB; no surprise, considering it acquired the 105k SF Loyola Center for Health at Burr Ridge. At the BOMA Suburban Chicago’s MOB Special Interest Group meeting, Duke SVP Keith Konkoli (right) said demand for outpatient facilities is continuing to increase, driven by the Affordable Care Act and other pressures to cut medical costs. The Loyola Center, Keith said, was a prize acquisition because it’s fully leased to Loyola, and it’s in a solid infill location in an affluent part of the suburbs.
