DOWNTOWN FOREVER

JC Anderson, one of the oldest general contactorsin Chicago, is opening a downtown Chicago office at 120 S LaSalle, a building that has some history for two of its principals. About 50% of JC Anderson's business is downtown, but the company has been HQ'd in Elmhurst since 1986. We snapped Tom Bean, Mike Yazbec, and Clint Hickmanin the lobby of their new space, which Tom and Mike helped renovate in the late '90s with a former employer. They have a smaller space at the new offices, so not enough room for a basketball court, like they have in their Elmhurst HQ (although if they expand into the 1,500 SF next door, they're putting in a pool table).
