In Sept '09, former Inland Real Estate Auction  CEO and KPMG Corporate  Finance Managing Director Frank Diliberto started a real estate advisory and auction services company, Diliberto Real Estate. The Orland Park-based service is now auctioning its first asset, a three-story office/retail building at 2248 S. Michigan, owned by musician Steve ?Fuzz? Kmak, formerly of the band Disturbed. The 20k-SF building will be auctioned at the Doubletree Hotel, 5000 W. 127th, in Alsip on Feb 10. Fuzz not included.
