The data nerds at Co-Star celebrated moving into new offices at 111 S. Wacker by unveiling their new real-time property map. This series of HDTVs shows which Co-Star professionals are updating research, searching for a property, what deals have been done in  real time, and includes corresponding pop-ups on a map. (The Southeast was booming when we were there.) They can also track activity in the UK.

Here's Co-Star's Scott Klug  and Brian Kerns in the new 7k-SF office in the Loop. Co-Star moved from a far northwest side location at Higgins & Dee Road and has decorated the new space with sports themes, from signed Blackhawks jerseys (because America is into hockey now, right?) to pictures of Old Comiskey. They also want everyone to know that they're adding to their 1,300-person staff, including hiring in the Chicago office.
