Jones Lang LaSalle's Maria DeVore and Wendy Mingin joined The Tribune Company's Rita DeBoer and vps inc's Celia Luett. Maria manages 550 W. Washington, which just achieved LEED-Platinum. She says the 10-year-old building didn't need a lot of renovation; most of the certification was achieved through green cleaning and small tweaks to energy efficiency. |
