Amid declining industrial vacancies, Krusinski Construction is starting on the new Ridgeport Logistics Center, a 20M SF industrial park near Wilmington. Phase 1 includes grading, site utility work, and preconstruction for the BNSF rail spur and should be complete by August, says project manager Steve Moeller. Ridge Property Trust is developing the park, which could include up to 16 buildings, depending on user size. Steve says a lot of clients are coming in for estimates and bids, but most owners still aren't  able to secure enough financing to get a new project off the ground.
