| This week (fittingly enough), residential valuation data specialist Zillow reported the top 20 cities in the nation for trick-or-treating. That is, where best to troll for candy, as determined by fourequally weighted data variables: Zillow Home Value Index, population density, Walk Score (a walkability measurement) and local crime data. The top 20 are those cities that will provide the most candy, with the least walking and safety risks. Chicago was No. 6. Zillow further says that the best Chicago neighborhoods for candy collection are Ravenswood Manor, Wrightwood Neighbors (in Lincoln Park), Edgebrook, North Center, and Lincoln Park itself. Thanks, Zillow. We'll handle the taste-testing from here. |
