| Bel Brands USA, the maker of cheese products under the Kaukauna, Merkt’s, Babybel, and The Laughing Cow brands (among others) is moving its HQ from Elk Grove Village to 27k SF at 30 S. Wacker Dr this spring. JLL's Dan Maslauski and Brian Chernettrepped Bel Brands in both a sublease from CIT Capital USA and a direct lease from Tishman Speyer Properties. Bel has almost doubled sales since 2006 and now has nearly 600 US employees, including 80 at its corporate HQ. CBRE's Kyle Kamin and Rachel Waymire repped CIT Capital USA, and Tishman's Vicki Noonan andEric Meyers repped ownership. |
