The Chicago Architecture Foundation celebrated a great '09 at its annual gala last weekend. Here's Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architects' Adrian Smith with Chicago Metropolis 2020's Vicky and George Ranney. Adrian had a busy year, helping design the world's tallest building, Burj Dubai, and is working to LEED certify the former tallest, Willis Tower. Chicago Metropolis 2020 is developing a plan to use stimulus funding in Chicago neighborhood projects.
