Office space is getting a boost in Glenview, where MB Real Estate and OWP/P Architects announced they've broken ground on a 110k-SF, 25-acre HQ for the General Board of Pension Health Benefits of the United Methodist Church. The pre-cast glass and natural stone LEED building will be built by Power Construction. MB's Andrew Davidson and Jay Beadle repped the General Board on acquisitions and David Graff handled zoning and permitting. The project should bring more than 250 jobs to Glenview.
