Meridian Design Build is working on an 84k-SF addition for Kerry Ingredients & Flavours  at 3141 North Ave in Melrose Park. It'll bring the 113k-SF space up to 197k-SF and includes the demolition of an outdated 130-SF two-story building on the site. Meridian will crush and recycle 6k tons of concrete from the demolition. Associate project manager  Ben Runke and senior superintendent Tom McNett are leading the project for Meridian. Harris Architects  is providing architectural and structural engineering services. Jacob and Hefner Associates is the civil engineer. That's not to say Harris isn't civil. From all indications, they're very well behaved.
