Capri Capital's Quintin Primo talked about his new Metropolis development at 39th and State. The 125k-SF neighborhood shopping center will be anchored by a 60k-SF Roundy's and is trying to get a Walgreens. Quintin pointed out that it's harder to be a developer in an already established city because retailers don't want to pay for sites that may have already failed once. His site is one of several former CHA sites that was unclaimed by developers for years. | |
