Bradford Allen hosted the party on behalf of Alliance Partners HSP on the top floor of 200 S Michigan to promote two full-floor availabilities at the building. Alliance recently added the property to its CBD portfolio—which includes 300 W Adams and 111 W Washington— and kept Bradford Allen on as leasing agent. (It's done 400k SF of leasing there in the past eight years.)
