Check out this killer view from a broker cocktail party at the Cliff Dwellers Club. (Fun fact: Its members have included Daniel Burnham and Roger Ebert.) Bradford Allen hosted the party on behalf of Alliance Partners HSP on the top floor of 200 S Michigan to promote two full-floor availabilities at the building. Snapped: Bradford Allen's Andrew DeMoss (the building's leasing agent), flanked by Alliance Partners HSP’s Paul Stanton and Ira Bergstein. Alliance recently added the property to its CBD portfolio—which includes 300 W Adams and 111 W Washington— and kept Bradford Allen on as leasing agent. (It's done 400k SF of leasing there in the past eight years.)
