Reside Living announced to tenants (one of which is your BisnowChicago reporter) yesterday that it is the new owner and manager of the North Office in Lakeview (we told you it was on sale back in April). The building is currently undergoing renovation to put in a new intercom system. Reside is part of Million Dollar Highway, which owns 1,400 units in Chicago. |
