On June 11, NAI Hiffman  will conduct a live, online auction for the Highland Park  Lincoln-Mercury Dealership   at 55 Skokie Valley Road, as part of the NAI Commercial Power Sale Initiative, which employs live and online auctions, closed bid sales and hybrids to help sell distressed properties faster. NAI's Larry Much  and Kelly Disser  have been representing the 23k-SF building since it went up for sale in March 2008, when the owner moved into a larger space. You can bid here. We wonder if they accept PayPal.
