Big Willie's New Boss

It's out with the old and in with U.S. Equities' Gary Michon, appointed GM of Willis Tower. The 4.5M-SF building is far from his first assignment. Gary has 25 years of property management experience, including managing CNA Plaza, 222 S. Riverside, and 225 N. Michigan Avenue in his tenure at Grubb & Ellis, where he was employed just prior to U.S. Equities.
