Michael Brennan co-founded First Industrial 15 years ago, and now he's at it again: after waiting out his one-year non-compete clause with his former company, he's once more investing in select industrial properties, with Brennan Investment Group. Here with Ryan O'Halloran  and Kevin Brennan, he says the current market is a generational opportunity for investors to get in on the market for bulk, regional, and light industrial buildings.

The company has already strategically expanded to other markets like Southern California, the Texas Triangle, DC, Northern NJ, and Central Florida, making use of the Michael?s connections. But they're not moving forward recklessly: He says for every building they make an offer on, they'll investigate as many as 25 others, though they plan to be aggressive with offers in the near future. Kevin and Ryan tell us tell us they're picking up tips about keeping on their toes while performing a variety of tasks and helping out senior members.
