Yolk restaurant and Fitness Formula Clubs are the first new retail leases in the Presidential Towers redevelopment. CBRE's Bruce A. Kaplan and Leslie Mader, the exclusive retail leasing agents, were retained by Presidential Towers ownership agent, Waterton Residential, and represented the landlord in both lease transactions. Yolk will occupy 4k-SF, and the fitness center will have 52k-SF over three floors in the 50-story West Loop residential towers. For the remaining space, it seems like the perfect opportunity for a company that knows how to  remove egg whites from a treadmill.
