Here a bank the FDIC can’t shut down. Jos. A Bank has signed a 4k-SF lease at Citigroup Center, 500 W. Madison in the West Loop. CB’s Bruce Kaplan repped building ownership. Erwin Pearl will also join the 45-store shopping strip at the gateway to Ogilvie Transportation Center. Further proof it’s not an actual bank: There was no  free toaster (though we didn't mind the free sample of bourbon chicken in the mall food court).
