ANOTHER OFFICE FOR @

@properties' Thad Wong and Michael Golden were looking to open a new office in Highland Park to continue their march up Lakeshore, but instead they fell into a new office in Lake Forest. Thad says he heard from a number of far-north agents who wanted to join an @properties office, so he told them if they could find enough to commit to create an office, they'd do it. A team of 12 agents came together just before he got a phone call from the Koenig &Strey office in downtown Lake Forest to say they were downsizing. @properties is currently the No. 1 residential brokerage in the city with 14% marketshare, a feat Thad and Michael hope to continue in Evanston, Lake Forest, and (soon) Highland Park.
